Scarboroughs Restaurant & Tavern, previously located on Altamont Avenue in Rotterdam, will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Latham location at 497 Old Niskayuna Road on Thursday, June 30 at 5 p.m. The 4,000-square-foot restaurant is a renovated residential farmhouse and has a large deck for outdoor dining.
Scarboroughs has been operating since 1982 and is owned by the Else family, longtime Colonie residents.
The ceremony will be presented by the Albany-Colonie Regional and Colonie Chambers of Commerce and Berkshire Bank.
